Portable Toilet Rental

Under OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1926.51), any construction site with 20 or fewer workers active for 3 or more consecutive days must have at least one toilet facility on-site. Most residential and commercial remodeling projects meet that threshold. Beyond the legal requirement, it keeps your crew productive — no one's driving off-site for a bathroom break — and it's a professional courtesy to the homeowner whose facilities you'd otherwise be sharing.

Everything is included: solar-powered interior light, built-in exhaust fan, 3 rolls of 2-ply toilet paper, hand sanitizer and dispenser, interior deodorizer, containment tray, and a lock. Winter rentals also include an insulated cover. You don't need to supply anything — the unit arrives ready to use. For longer rentals, we handle all scheduled servicing as part of the rate.

For 3-day and 7-day rentals, there's no on-site servicing — the unit is delivered clean and pumped on removal. For rentals longer than 7 days, we service the unit every 7 days as part of the base price. So a 14-day rental includes one cleaning, a 21-day includes two, and a 28-day includes three. If you need extra cleanings beyond the schedule (high-traffic sites, hot weather), they're available for $35 / Visit/visit — just contact us to add them.

Yes — it's the easiest way to book. When you go through checkout for a dumpster rental, you'll have the option to add a portable toilet. We'll coordinate delivery so both arrive at the same time. One vendor, one invoice. If you need a portable toilet without a dumpster, or if you've already booked your dumpster separately, just contact us and we'll sort it out.

The unit needs a reasonably level, stable surface — a driveway, gravel pad, or firm ground all work. We need enough clearance to set it down safely with our delivery truck. If there are access restrictions (low overhead, narrow gate, soft ground), let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly. On job sites, placement near the work area but away from the primary pedestrian path is ideal.
