Dumpster Rentals in Jenison, MI

Yes — we regularly deliver throughout Jenison and surrounding residential areas in Georgetown Township. Our dumpsters are sized for standard driveways: the 10 Yard footprint is 93 by 154 inches, roughly 8 by 13 feet, and the 15, 20, and 25 Yard share a longer 93 by 204 inch footprint. The truck needs roughly 50 feet of clear approach to set a bin down squarely. HDPE driveway protection is included with every rental at no extra charge.

Most Jenison homeowners choose a 15 Yard dumpster for cleanouts and remodels. For heavy debris like roofing shingles in a smaller footprint, the 10 Yard is a cost-effective option and carries 15,000 lbs, the highest ceiling we run. Larger projects like multi-room renovations may call for the 20 or 25 Yard, which share a driveway footprint and differ in height and included tonnage.

Jenison is an unincorporated community within Georgetown Township, so there’s no city permit process. Driveway or private property placement generally does not require a permit. Street or right-of-way placement may require Georgetown Township approval. Most customers simply place the bin in the driveway — driveway protection is included, so there’s no risk to your surface.

All rentals start at 3 days. The 10 Yard and 15 Yard are available for 3 or 7 days. The 20 and 25 Yard offer 3, 7, 14, 21, and 28 day terms. Extensions are $10 / Day — text before your scheduled pickup to extend. See full rental terms for details.

Yes. HDPE driveway protection boards (Rolliskate™) are included with every rental at no extra charge, protecting your concrete or asphalt from scratches, gouges, and weight damage during delivery and pickup.

Most household junk, construction debris, roofing materials, furniture, and appliances are accepted. A few items like batteries, wet paint, fuel cans, liquids, and asbestos are prohibited. Mattresses carry a $20 disposal fee, tires are $4 each under 42″ and $6 each larger, and appliances are free unless they contain Freon. See the full accepted and prohibited materials lists →

Included tonnage differs by size: 1.5 Tons on the 10 Yard, 2 Tons on the 15 Yard, 2.5 Tons on the 20 Yard, and 3 Tons on the 25 Yard. Anything over is billed at $70 / Ton, pro-rated to the nearest pound. Each bin also has a maximum serviceable load: 15,000 lbs on the 10 and 15 Yard, 14,000 lbs on the 20 Yard, and 13,000 lbs on the 25 Yard.

Yes — roofing replacements are one of the everyday jobs in Jenison given the 1980s and 1990s housing stock, and there’s no separate roofing rate. The 10 Yard holds about 25 squares of tear-off with 1.5 Tons included, and the 15 Yard holds about 35 squares with 2 Tons included. Both carry 15,000 lbs. Shingles are dense, so a full tear-off can run past the included tonnage — the difference is billed at $70 / Ton. Text us your roof size at 616-350-0514 and we’ll size it for you.

Yes — all four sizes take construction and remodel debris, and one simple price covers every job whether it’s household junk or drywall, lumber, and tile. There’s no separate construction rate. Because construction debris is heavier than household junk, the thing to watch is tonnage rather than price: the 20 Yard includes 2.5 Tons and the 25 Yard includes 3 Tons, with overage at $70 / Ton.
