Construction & Remodel Dumpster Rental

The 25 yard is our largest bin -- ideal for whole-home renovations, large demolition projects, and high-volume contractor jobs, at the same simple price as household junk.
Construction & Remodel Dumpster Rental
Major renovation or demolition project?

Drywall, lumber, tile, flooring, and fixtures are denser than household junk. The 25 yard's volume and included tonnage handle it well -- the right call when your load is high-volume demolition or renovation debris, all at the same simple price.

From $400 / 3 days 3 Tons included $70 / Ton overage
Not sure which size fits? Household junk or construction debris -- it's all the same simple price. Just pick the size that fits your volume and expected weight. Text us your project and we'll confirm what to book →
Why the 25 Yard

The most room you can get on a residential driveway.

Same footprint as the 20 -- just about 11 inches taller and about 3.9 cubic yards more volume, for a modest difference in price. If you're choosing between the two and the debris is bulky rather than dense, the 25 is often the better value.

This bin is the right call when you need…

Maximum volume on a residential driveway -- 25.01 cu yd is the most room we offer, and it still fits a standard driveway
More room than the 20 for a modest price difference -- same footprint, about 3.9 more cubic yards and more included tonnage
Rear door loading access -- roll or push heavy items in rather than lifting over the tall wall
One simple price -- handles household junk and demolition debris alike, without switching pricing tiers
Driveway-safe placement -- every rental includes HDPE driveway protection boards (Rolliskate™) at no extra charge

Best for these projects

Large whole-home renovations & gut-outs
Estate cleanouts & full property clear-outs
Major demolition debris & deconstruction
Commercial job sites & contractor work
Bulky high-volume materials -- furniture, drywall, framing
Watch the weight, not just the volume: This is the biggest bin we run, but it isn't the strongest. Its max load is 13,000 lbs -- the lowest of our four sizes. Dense materials like shingles, concrete, and dirt will hit that ceiling long before the bin looks full, so for a heavy load our 10 or 15 yard (both 15,000 lbs) is usually the better call, at a lower price. Included with Every Rental

HDPE Driveway Protection

Every dumpster we deliver sits on HDPE driveway protection boards (Rolliskate™) -- not wood blocks. At 25 yards, the bin is at its heaviest when loaded, making good driveway protection more important than ever. HDPE distributes the weight and protects your surface from gouges and impressions. No extra charge. No request needed.

Distributes the bin's weight across a larger surface area
Safe for concrete, asphalt, and lawn placement
Especially important in summer when asphalt softens under heavy loads

Compare All Dumpster Sizes

The 25 yard is the most room we offer, and it still fits a residential driveway. Every other size we carry is named to the industry standard and holds more than the name suggests. Deciding between 20 and 25? Same footprint -- the 25 just gives you more room and tonnage for a modest price difference.
Looking for a 30 yard dumpster? We don't run one -- the 25 yard is our largest, and it's built to fit where a 30 typically won't. At 93″ wide by 204″ long it takes no more driveway than our 20 yard, and it holds 25.01 cubic yards. One simple price for every job.

Questions

25 Yard Dumpster FAQs

Yes -- the 25 yard handles construction and demolition debris (drywall, lumber, tile, flooring, fixtures) just as well as household junk, at the same simple price. It includes 3 Tons and bills overage at $70 / Ton. It's the right call for whole-home renovations, large demolition projects, and high-volume contractor jobs. Starts at $400 for 3 days. See full sizing & pricing →
The 25 yard and 20 yard share the same footprint. The 25 is about 11 inches taller, adding roughly 3.9 cubic yards -- about 2.5 extra pickup truck loads -- for $400 compared to $350 for the 20. It also includes 3 Tons versus 2.5 Tons. Two reasons to choose the 20 instead: the shorter walls make it easier to toss debris in, and its max load is 14,000 lbs against 13,000 lbs on the 25 -- so for genuinely dense debris the extra height doesn't buy extra weight. For bulky loads, the 25 is usually worth the difference. See the full 20 vs 25 comparison →
In most cases, yes. The 25 yard's ground footprint is 93″ wide by 204″ long -- identical to the 15 and 20 yard. It stands just over 72″ tall (about 6 feet), so overhead clearance for overhanging trees, utility lines, or low garage overhangs should be checked. We include HDPE driveway protection boards (Rolliskate™) under every bin to protect your surface. Text us a photo at (616) 350-0514 if you have any driveway concerns.
The 25 yard includes a swing-open rear door at ground level. Instead of lifting heavy items over the tall walls, you can open the door and roll, slide, or push bulky debris straight in. Especially useful for heavy appliances, furniture, large pieces of decking, or anything awkward to throw. Keep the area behind the bin accessible -- we'll need a few feet of clearance to set it down with the door side reachable.
For most whole-home renovations, yes. At 25.01 cubic yards (about 15-16 pickup truck loads), it handles the debris volume of most major residential projects in one haul. The caveat is weight -- dense demo work with concrete, tile, or multiple roofing layers can push against the 13,000 lbs limit before you fill the bin by volume, regardless of what type of debris it is. Text us a rough project description and we'll help you decide.
Your rental includes 3 days, with 7, 14, 21, and 28-day terms available. Extra days are $10 / Day -- let us know before your scheduled pickup and we'll extend the timeline. For larger renovation projects, a 5-7 day window is common.
By volume, yes -- it's the most room we offer. By weight, no: asphalt shingles are very dense, and the 25 yard has the lowest max load of our four sizes at 13,000 lbs. You would reach that ceiling with the bin barely half full. For roofing work the 10 or 15 yard is the better fit -- both carry 15,000 lbs, and they cost less. The 10 holds about 25 squares of tear-off, the 15 about 35. Text us the square footage and we'll point you in the right direction.
No -- the 25 yard is our largest bin, at a true 25.01 cubic yards. It's sized to fit a standard residential driveway at 93″ wide by 204″ long, the same footprint as our 15 and 20 yard. A 30 yard container is typically longer and needs more room to set down and more truck clearance than most driveways allow, which is exactly why we run the 25 instead. If the 25 isn't enough room, a second haul is usually cheaper and easier than finding a driveway a 30 will fit. Same-day delivery is Free when slots are open.
