Neighborly Hauling

Security & Payment Policy

How we protect your information and process payments. Neighborly Hauling is a registered trade name of My Neighbor with A Truck, LLC, a licensed and insured hauler based in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

We do not store any customer data on this website. No payment information, card numbers, or sensitive personal data is retained on neighborlyhauling.com at any point.

Payment Processing

All credit card and payment transactions are handled exclusively by DocketPay, our approved payment processor. When you complete a booking or payment:

  • Your card information is entered directly into DocketPay’s secure, encrypted environment
  • Card data never passes through or touches our website servers
  • DocketPay is responsible for the secure handling, processing, and storage of all payment data
  • DocketPay maintains PCI DSS compliance for all cardholder data

Because card data is captured inside the processor’s environment rather than on our site, a compromise of neighborlyhauling.com could not expose your payment information.

What We Collect on This Website

  • Contact information you voluntarily provide through our contact form — name, phone, email, and service address — and only if you choose to submit it
  • Basic analytics data such as pages visited and traffic source, collected through Google Analytics

That’s the full extent of it. We don’t require an account to browse, and we don’t build customer profiles from site activity.

Your Data Is Not Sold

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information collected is used solely to fulfill your rental, communicate about your order, and improve our service. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with third parties.

Advertising and analytics tags on this site are used to measure how our own marketing performs — not to sell audience data to anyone else. For the full detail on what we collect and how it’s used, see our Privacy Notice.

Cookies

We use cookies for essential site functions and for anonymous analytics. You can decline non-essential cookies through the consent banner, or disable cookies entirely in your browser settings — though some site features may not function properly if you do.

Questions or Concerns

If you have any questions about how your information is handled, contact us directly at info@neighborlyhauling.com or text (616) 350-0514. We answer these ourselves — there’s no ticket queue.
