On a busy jobsite, waste management can make or break your workflow. The right dumpster keeps debris under control, helps your crew stay safe, and prevents costly downtime waiting on swaps.
At Neighborly Hauling, we deliver contractor-friendly bins across Grand Rapids, Kent County, and West Michigan — so you can stay focused on the build, not the cleanup.

Contractor FAQs
How do I know which size is right for my project?
Tell us the scope of your work and we’ll recommend the bin that fits your debris volume and jobsite space. When in doubt, compare all four sizes side-by-side — it takes 30 seconds and shows specs, tonnage, and pricing in one view.
Can I schedule multiple swaps on one project?
Yes. We’re built for contractor workflows that need multiple pulls. On-time swaps are something we take seriously — your crew shouldn’t be waiting on a bin. Call or text (616) 350-0514 to arrange additional pulls as your project progresses.
What about weight limits for roofing and demolition loads?
We’ll match you to the right bin so you stay within safe hauling limits. We also offer a dedicated roofing pricing tier with more tonnage included upfront — designed for shingles, tile, and heavy demo debris. Ask when you book and we’ll walk you through it.
Can I upgrade mid-project if I underestimated the load?
Absolutely. If you outgrow your bin, we’ll swap in a larger one fast. Contact us as soon as you need more capacity — the sooner we know, the faster we can get back out there.
What items are not accepted in contractor dumpsters?
Hazardous waste, batteries, tires, and liquids can’t go in any of our bins. For the full list, see What Not to Put in Your Dumpster — or view the prohibited materials list right here.
Do you protect the driveway on every delivery?
Every single drop, no exceptions. We use HDPE driveway protection boards (Rolliskate™) on every delivery — included at no extra charge. They distribute the bin’s weight to prevent cracking, scratching, and point-load damage. Your customers’ properties stay protected.
