HDPE boards under every bin — protects concrete and asphalt from scratches, gouges, and weight damage.
Tonnage included varies by size — shown on each bin below. Overage billed at $75 / Ton/ton, pro-rated. Remodel jobs have a separate pricing tier with more tonnage built in; roofing jobs are billed at our contractor rate.

Drywall, lumber, tile, and fixtures are heavier than household junk. Our construction and remodel dumpsters include more tonnage at a lower overage rate — so demolition debris doesn't surprise you at pickup.
Shingles are dense — the 12 and 17 yard handle tear-off debris well, same compact footprint. Roofing jobs are billed at our contractor rate; just tell us it's a roofing job when you book. Size it first with our tear-off calculator.

Fees & Extra Charges
We keep it simple. The only common extras are weight overage and extra days — both billed transparently with no hidden markups.
Billed pro-rated to the nearest pound — you only pay for what you actually exceed. The included tonnage is part of your base price, not a hard cap. Remodel dumpsters have a lower overage rate — see specialty pricing.
Need more time? Text us before your rental ends and we'll extend it. Extra days are added to your bill at pickup — no upfront payment needed.
Need a dumpster today? Same-day delivery is available for $30 when slots are open. Select same-day at checkout or text us at (616) 350-0514 to confirm availability.
Construction and remodel dumpsters are priced for construction debris only. If a remodel bin contains household waste, a $50 mismatch fee applies at pickup — disposal rates differ by material type.
- Fuel surcharges
- Environmental fees
- Delivery or pickup fees
- HDPE driveway protection (Rolliskate™)
- Weekend or holiday delivery
- Standard swap if we bring you the wrong size

Weight & Overage — How It Works
Your rental price includes a set tonnage allowance. If your load goes over, the difference is billed at $75 / Ton per ton, pro-rated to the nearest pound — no rounding up to full tons. Construction and remodel dumpster rentals have more tonnage built in and lower overage rates.
It's the amount included in your base price. Every dumpster can physically hold significantly more. You can go over — it just adds to your bill at pickup at $75 / Ton/ton.
Shingles, concrete, brick, soil, drywall, and tile add weight fast. Our construction dumpster pricing includes more tonnage upfront and charges less per ton on overages — built for the reality of demolition and renovation debris.
Roofing tear-offs are billed at our contractor rate — just tell us it's a roofing job when you book. Use our tear-off calculator to estimate the right size for shingle, felt, and underlayment debris.
Text us your project type — roofing, remodel, cleanout, demolition, landscaping — and we'll estimate weight and recommend the right size. Get in touch →

Every Rental Includes Driveway Protection
We place HDPE driveway protection boards (Rolliskate™) under every dumpster we deliver — not wood blocks, not bare steel on your driveway. No request needed. No extra charge.
High-density polyethylene is softer than asphalt and concrete, so it absorbs contact forces instead of grinding into your surface. Wood splinters, traps grit, and can gouge. HDPE boards don't.
Asphalt softens in summer heat. A dumpster sitting on bare asphalt on a 90° day can leave permanent indentations. HDPE boards distribute the load — especially important for construction, remodel, and roofing dumpsters loaded with dense debris.
Delivery & Placement Tips
A few quick things that help your delivery go smoothly and keep you on the right side of local rules.
Leave space for the truck: overhead wires, branches, and low overhangs need to be clear. Our driver will confirm on arrival.
Driveway placement is standard. HDPE protection boards are included — just make sure the surface is accessible.
Placing in the street? Your city may require a permit. Grand Rapids and some suburbs have specific rules — check with your municipality before booking.
Keep debris at or below the top edge. Overfilled bins can't be transported legally — we'll ask you to remove excess before pickup.

Most residential cleanouts and single-room remodels fit a 17 yard (exceeds a standard 15 yard). Larger remodels, renovation projects, and contractor jobs typically need a 21 yard or 25 yard — the 25 yd is a residential-friendly alternative to a 30 yard. Roofing tear-offs work well in the 12 or 17 yard — roofing jobs are billed at our contractor rate; size yours with the tear-off calculator. Doing construction or demo work? Our construction dumpster rental pricing includes more tonnage at a lower overage rate. Not sure? Text us your project and we'll tell you exactly what to book.
