Each size includes a set weight allowance in the base price — shown on each bin card above. If you go over, overage is billed at $75 / Ton per ton, pro-rated to the nearest pound. Construction and remodel dumpster rentals have a separate pricing tier with more tonnage included and a lower overage rate; roofing jobs are billed at our contractor rate — see the specialty pricing section above.

Text us before your rental ends and we'll extend it. Extra days are $20 / Day per day, added to your bill at pickup. No paperwork, no upfront payment needed.

Most residential cleanouts and single-room remodels fit a 17 yard (exceeds a standard 15 yard). Larger remodels, renovation projects, and contractor jobs typically need a 21 yard or 25 yard — the 25 yd is a residential-friendly alternative to a 30 yard. Construction and demolition debris — drywall, lumber, flooring, tile, fixtures — is heavier than household junk, so these bins include more tonnage upfront and charge less per ton on overages.
